Golden Goldman Philanthropic Fund Application

If your Request for Proposal is accepted, you will be required to submit two reports, an Interim report 6 months after initial funding, and a Final report 1 year after project completion.  The reports should be one page maximum and include:

• Summary of how the funding was spent
• Description and number of persons served and how they benefited from the project
• Any implementation challenges and lessons learned
