Our Impact

Since 1911, the Foundation for Jewish Philanthropies has partnered with our donors and our community to repair the world with loving kindness from generation to generation providing charity and justice.

Through the generosity of our donors, entrusted to our care, the impact of the Foundation for Jewish Philanthropies continued to be felt throughout the world today.

Over 1,100 local, national, and international charitable organizations received support totaling over $9 million in grants.

We provided academic scholarships and loans for our WNY Jewish students, scholarships for study in Israel, grants to Jewish families unable to afford a proper burial for their dearly departed, grants to help individuals and families experiencing hardships and much more.  The compassion of our donors has made a difference.
